The wig I ordered was custom, and I hope that he will send my wig too.... N im not s.o.l.

How did you pay for the wig?
 
Custom units take at least a month to complete.. sometimes 2 months. 
 
So the soonest it would be completed would be tomorrow(considering you paid for it on 1/17)
 
then he'll send it out and you will get it in 2 business days..  is there a chance you misunderstood how it works with custom units?
 
Also, what email address did they use to communicate with you?

I paid through western union with owen, and as far as the time period goes...
I did know that it would take a lil time, but no response when I email him is ridiculous. He contacted me through bestwigs@hotmail.com.

Hi OP, are you sure this is a custom unit, or is it a stock unit that is having a texture added to it (ex. straight unit texturized to curly)?

It was supposed to be a custom unit....He started my order on the 11th told me on the 19th that it was going to take 2 more days..... cause he said it only took 10-12 business days but i guess that was bull crap.... and I knew custom units usually take a while.... guess I was caught up in the excitement of getting my first unit....
