@HeavyRotation, Like I said before I really appreciated both challenges I really feel as though I retented length(which is a big problem for me) so I would be in the next challenge if you do decide to do it next year, if you decide to do it sooner, I will still be active in the thread! But I am going to be working on trying to twist my hair with extensions so I can keep the twist in my hair longer!

well, I got my half inch! AND I kept my twists in for a full month. taking down my hair, I didn't realize how long it got over the past two months. It's crazy! so I'm doing braid outs and twist outs until after Homecoming. then, I'll probably be back to twists :)

^^^ congrats!! I am keeping these current mini twists in for a month (so one more week). I loved how easy they were. Have been washing weekly and I redid the perimeter twists to keep it fresh.
Will def start a twist challenge from December. I will be keeping my hair twisted for the entire winter!

Yes! I would be super happy to join a twist challenge, sooo I'm gonna be looking. 
I plan on doing protective styles during the year of 2012, I usually do
kinky twists but I have lately been looking at nubian/spring twists, and
I think I may be in love with those now. They seem so much easier. With
kinky twists I get length & with nubian twists I get the
natural look. But I so want the nubian twists.....I just need to order
the hair.
