For 16" and less, yes, you can do a full install with leave out.  A full head install with no leave out, no (I did one and wound up having to use a little more than the 4 oz).  The hair is very thick.  I can't imagine how big my hair would have been if I had used anymore.   I can't say for the longer lengths though.

that hair looks identical to my AAMH KS. I used 8oz of it and it was waaaaaaaaayyy too huge. But because I cut the wefts and didn't seal, (i know, I was young and dumb)it SHEDDED like a monster! But that was after 3 months of hard wear. I want some KS right now! :(

Good to hear. I just got some Kevin KS so Ill split the wefts and see if I can make the 4 ounces work
