ok. i'll join this one. i'm currently transitioning as well, last relaxer in feb 2009 sometime. we'll just say i've been in transition since march.
my reggie: i don't really have a solid one yet. i started with micros, took them down and washed and dc'd with keracare. then got a sew in which i have now. I plan to take this out sometime next week or week after and do my wash and dc, chop some ends off and get kinky twists. i plan to keep doing this until next year. i may bc for christmas, depending on the length, and braid it back up.
my goal: healthy natural hair
my products: still working on those. i wash/dc with keracare and use hawaiin sikly 14-n-1 for moisture.

Sounds good to me...
My Regimen:
Back to Back full install which are redone every 8-10 weeks
Daily dose of Biotin, Horsetail, Fish Oil, and a Hair Skin & Nail vitamin
Lots of Water
During take downs, I will have my hair clarified, shampooed, conditioned and deep conditioned with PhytoSpecific products, blown straight then braided. The ends will be trimmed periodically

I just recently added hollywood beauty castor oil to my regimen. I love the way it smells and it's light enough for me to use on my scalp or my ends.

I would like to join. Currently I am 6 months post. I CW 2-3x wk. DC 2xwk. with heat. Shampoo 1-2xwk. Moisturize daily. Sometimes I do egg, avocado, and molasses treatments. My main concern is my hairline . Badly damaged. I will relax when my hair gets healthy enough. Trying to get some growth there with MN and castor oil.
Goal-SL by Dec APL by May2010.
