I ordered Malaysian hair from them a few weeks back, and it seems like it is VERY THIN in the back!! The hair is very pretty and soft (i cant tell a difference from this and Chinese..but that's another story) .. I tried it on and I can literally see spaces through the back -- it is NOT filled in. For $200+ you would think this hair would be thicker. The rest of the hair is fine as far as I can tell..it's just entirely too thin in the back!!
I sent them an email, waiting on a response. I am pissed at the moment.

Hi, loving the hair in your avatar pic, AC. For two hundred plus, you do deserve more. Isn't it something, when you want a lighter density, you get 200%, and when you want a lion's mane; you get peacock hair...Hope they fix this ASAP.

O nooooooo, WBW. That's y I haven't ordered from them yet bcuz it seems as if their getting it all wrong now. I guess since their business has increased, they getting slack. PENNY STOP HOUNDING ME CUZ UR NOT GETTING MY MONEY!!!!!!

This sort of thing is my pet peeve, thin density in the back. Was this unit supposed to have been 80-100% density?
