Topic: Stay away from eonhair.com Posted: Feb 08 2012 at 1:16pm |
I ordered spring twist from Eon hair everything seems fine until I receive an email from them stating that they do not have my color and it is on backorder. They said that they would ship it as soon as they receive it. Months go by nothing. So I email them requesting the status of my order, nothing. I wait a couple weeks email them again and nothing. Does customer service exist? I have even tried to call and I get nowhere WTH! where is my hair? They charged me for the freak hair but they have not sent nor do I believe that they will sent. After numerous emails and phone call I have yet to reach someone and no one have ever gotten back to me. I would advise anyone thing about buying hair to stay away from these thieves........

well dam.n months?did you save your receipt? I have no idea what else you can do...try emailing them your receipt and demand your refund. I've never ran into a back order issue from any website before, but if I did I would cancel immediately bc I don't like the idea of waiting for what I already paid for. GL op

Girl, have someone else email them for a price list and once they answer have that person (a firend) copy and paste your email into theirs and ask where you shayt is at. But that's just a suggestion. Good Luck

Call your bank and tell them you purchased something and never recieved it. The bank will issue you a refund. Had something like this happened before and the bank gave me my money back.

wow! deja vu!
Eon has always been a problem. The last time i tried ordering their spring twist, the website was down for about a YEAR. no kidding.
I gave up and tried other brands instead. (Khamit Kinks is good for twisting hair, just don't tangle with the owner she is not a nice person on the internet). They actually have a "PR" (front woman) that knows the owner isn't nice, so she plays the middle man. (Taiesha, i think).
Eon Hair has changed over to a bunch of Asians about a couple of years ago. They sent an email to my inbox, "friend" yeah, i heard that before, and said they were back up and running under new ownership and to spread the news on BHM.
I actually thought they finally got their act together. guess not. This was about 3 years ago..

Truth! And if you paid by credit card, file a dispute with CCC and they too will investigate and credit money back to your account. This is awful, they take your $$$ and send nothing bastids!

First I would say, as others have suggested, tell your bank, and they will refund your credit card or account.
I would not say do not order from them, ever. because although you had a bad experience, I have ordered from them twice in the last 6 months and had a good experience.
I order the spring twist hair and another twist hair. I ordered 3 packs the first time, and 2 packs the second time. Both times, I had absolutely no problems. The hair was good and I received the hair on a timely basis. I did a phone order, because I wanted to speak with a person, because it was my first time ordering from them. So maybe you can try calling them by phone like you want to place an order, then ask them about your hair. But I would get my bank to refund my money and move on.
I do not buy lots of extension hair, but I was glad to see that the BSS in my area are carrying the same hair now.
Blessings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
