my aunt used it and she said it had a weird after taste. Then I went to a couple of the review sites and a few people complained it had a "sweet n' low" taste to it. A lot of people including my aunt said they had terrible stomach cramps but other than that it was fine. I guess it's safe but really you could do the same thing without it by slowing down when you eat. HTH.

you cannot believe half the crap you read on review sites.. it does stop the hungar but never had any weird taste or after taste.. as a matter of fact the one for sweets made it intensified that is taste even better.. i think that's how your mind is tricked into thinking your full.. you do get use to them that's why you have to graduate to the next level to tastants.. that's why they have phases from month 1 to 2.. the only problem i have is remember to sprinkle and then sometimes i'm just enjoying the food too much to want to be interrupted.. lol there's one for sweet and one for what you would use on salty foods.. it doesn't taste like either tho.. i didn't experience anything negative, you barely know they are there other than you don't have the salt you like on your food.. that's the only part that bothers me i want my salt on stuff.. i do think you should do it with healthy eating if you are serious and not just whatever food you eat..

Only a few people complained about the taste lol.... not everyone. I just figured they had a sensitive tastebuds. Most people complained about the price. lol (which isn't really that high most diet pills cost that.) Sexi did you lose weight on this product? You don't have to say how much or anything I just was just curious. I never asked my aunt and all the people who posted a review never came back to give an update. I do agree though you should eat a healthier diet.

thanks guys,
a girl at work bought some. I didn't taste anything. she ordered online, before she could open the box she said a statement fell out stating she will be billed next month 89.00.....
I don't understand if it will stop me from chowing down when I'm hungry. I'm gonna order it. its only 10.00 I'll cancel the week after I get it. Im gonna do my Angie Dickinson 1950's diet: grapefruit, tomatoe & boiled eggs for 4 days!!
