lord.
i don't even feel like doing "latch-hook" rug making today. I'm 1/2 way finished with this 4 ft. canvas.
well.. okay, just do it..
Plus, i have to go to the gym tonight and bench press. I am so glad i figured that kid out. come to find out, he was banging some chick from another town, had an older woman calling him up to "pick up where they left off", and he was making an attempt to get me in the sheets. I knew he was just a ps&*&sy hound, so i immediately put him in the "friend zone".
All i can say is, i hope his "infinite supply of Cialis" holds up. Young guys really shouldn't be taking that stuff on a regular basis.

why is it soooo hard to find a brick-and-mortar store that sells a good swimsuit for fitness swimming?
I don't want to spend upwards of $80 for one but with my size chest, I need one that is super supportive

^I guess I shouldn't feel as bad being a DD but I still feel large up top I need one by early April but don't want to spend too much money. I'm first learning to swim but once I do learn, I want to add it to my fitness routine.

I think i can attain my goal. It used to be a #185lb bench press (one rep with a spot). Now i can do it "routinely".. 2 sets of 4 reps, sometimes 6 reps. This is usually after pyramiding up from an empty bar.
Last night i decided to break the barrier and did #190 w/3-4 reps - no help. I felt i could have done more, but i do not want any one to spot me. Most guys like the attention, and they start "yelling" while spotting for "effect".. Not only that, i don't want any one "helping" me when i lift.
Thus, i increase the weights by increments and lift on my own.
Next week, it's going to be #195.
i promise you that.
