I would just describe what you want.  If you know the number of oz you want on a specific length you can convey this to him.  He's very easy to talk to and I would discuss it via the phone and then send detailed instructions with the product.  He doesn't weft, Ximora does so this ensures she is aware of what was discussed.


Very true! I meant to preface my question with this: Sam is very friendly and helpful. It's just that it's hard for me to understand him and I hate asking him to repeat himself.
