hI guys! I haven't had a weave in over 3-4 years, and I'm ready to get one now. I'm looking to get this style:



But hopefully can style/manipulate it to look like this:



I'm looking for human hair because I plan on coloring, flatironing it  occasionally. TIA!
Hair Type - 3c/4a?
Length - APL stretched, EL unstretched
Goal - Healthy Hair, SL unstretched, MBL stretched by December 2012
