I wonder that when you want to wash you hair, you relax them again, and then twist them? Sorry for my stupid question.

Uniformed size braids. Excellent and laborious job.

Hi. I'm just curious. I'm starting the long process of getting dread locks, and i'm starting with comb twist(gel twist). I just got them done yesterday. I wanted to know how long should i keep them in, and also is there a certain type of spray i should use so my scalp doesn't get dry?

There's a locs section. You should ask this question in there. Someone will be able to give you an answer.

How long should you keep them in? Or how long before a touch up? Your loc stylist should of given you instructions on how soon to come back. If they are put in good and tight, with a good non flaking holding gel. When you get new growth of if the locs lift, then you should have your roots retouched. Usually 4 to 6 weeks. But it depends on how fast your hair grows and how well it stays twisted. The less product you use on locs the better. Because then you do not have to worry about product buildup. But if you have problems with an itchy scalp, I recommend Taliah Waajid's products for locs. Just do not apply anything creamy that will make the hair soft and your locs to lift at the roots. Until your locs have matured.
