Hi

I have a quick question. I currently use an array of Kerastase products for my hair regimen, but I usually wear braid outs, twist outs or a Caruso Set on my hair most of the time. I have grown alot of length that way. I was just wondering, if I use the Kerastase Leave in Cream, Organic Camellia Oil,  Elixer Ultime which is a nourishing Serum as well as the Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie to do my braid outs, would this be too many products?

I woke up this morning after doing a braid out with just an additional mix of the leave-in and serum but my hair was dry and my braid out was frizzy ( I slept without anything on my hair on a Dreamskin Pillowcase, which is supposed to keep moisture in your skin and hair better than silk and satin).

I decided to just re-braid it with the Shea Moisture in hopes that I'll have a more uniform curl and a better, more moisturized style...but I fear this would do damage to my hair because of the layering of leave-in cream, camellia/avocado oil, serum AND the smoothie.

any thoughts?

I have no experience with Kerastase to be honest with you but I have experience with Shea Moisture line.  The SM line is fine but I cannot get behind that it lacks detangling properties.
