I still havent gotten my money back, my bank wants me to send proof.
this has been a pain in the butt. to think that she still doing business under some other name is just a shame. she should not be allowed to do this.
I am filling a case with BBB today because she should be helping us out here. I have emailed her recently with no reply, i guess her email changed also......
I am just disgusted

thank you! i've seen that curl chart before! But I can never get it quite right. I'm thinking hers are a 14 or 16mm
