Is WhatWig Okay?

So I ordered a wig from her the third week of November.  I contacted her a week or two ago and she mentioned that it would arrive to her this week and then she would ship it out.  I did not hear anything and sent her an email for an update and no word.  She typically gets back to me in a few hours the same day and I contacted her yesterday.  Has anyone had any issues with her lately?  Does it typically take almost three months to get a unit from her.  Initially not even bothering her about the status, she volunteered the information about it being ready to be sent out this week.  Just wanted to see if anyone had any insight as to what may be going on or if I were the only one that is seeing this as an issue.

I did finally get the wig...it was pretty but the fabric that was used for the back half of the wig is dark brown almost black...so it wears like a lace front...it was a glueless cap construction and I sent pics...the pics do show both the stretch and swiss lace all being the same color...so I am not sure why the vendor choose that color...I sent her a message tonight...hopefully something can be worked out...it is a nice wig and the hair is very pretty...good quality...it is just the cap fabric is not the right color and I do not have alot or parting space and I wanted something freestyle...also...something I did not mention to her...the bleached knots on it are very orange...and I am worried about it being over processed...this is my first bleach knots...what should I look for...I did notice a few shed strands (which is normal)...and it looks like it shed due to breakage from the bleached knots...this was only two or three strands...am I being over sensitive about this?  I probably will not do bleach knots after this...I just saw some good reviews for her bleach knots...I will try to take some pictures when I have a moment...

Just got a response from her...which was basically tough luck you are stuck with it...will just ship back and contact my bank and the bbb to take care of it...I do not recommend that anyone purchase from her...I can understand if she had the wig made per the specific pics I sent her and I did not like it...but that was not the case...sucks it took three months to receive and was patient and understanding throughout the process...I did not even bother her...just updated her my new address and that was it...and in return she become rude with me and the customer service goes down the drain...
