Just got off the phone with Serve. I created an account with them over two weeks ago, yet I was unable to use that account because they wouldn't "verify" my SS # or address. Customer service told me to send them a copy of a document with my address and SS#. I don't know if I'd want to go that far. It seems like too much work and a bit unnecessary/unsafe. Maybe I'm just an anomaly because I know that others have used Serve successfully.

Oh and turnaround seems to be 2 and a half weeks depending on how big this order will be. It would have only been about two weeks but the PV said we would save on customs if she shipped it all together so it doubled that processing time.
