I know that boundless tresses which has sulfur increases growth but if I ate sulfur internally like fish, etc; would I get the same benefits??

I'm asking this cause I don't want to buy BT but I do want the benefits of sulfur.

I do believe it helps hair to grow (and be healthy). Also it helps your nails and skin to be healthy.

Wow! I didn't know that. Shocked

I guess that keep the trolls from coming in and posting a bunch of junk all over. You know, advertising products in the HG section or whatnot.

There are a few threads about sulfur. I am pretty sure it promotes hair growth very well.

^ MSM is considered sulfur. MANY people got great growth results on that.

Eggs, vegetables, and fish are also known to be "hair growth foods". All three of these contain sulfur.
