So glad I came across this thread.  I hate those crunchy ends and now I can do my length check without having to worry about them.

I get this when I do my hair myself. But it's nothing that a good trim and using a jibere comb can't fix.

i use a boar bristle brush when I flat iron & I don't get the crunchy ends!
