Topic: Braids Smell Like BBQ Posted: Jan 11 2012 at 1:41am |
I work at a BBQ grill restaurant and the smell gets in my hair no matter how much I try to avoid it. Is there any way can get the BBQ smell out of my hair without washing my hair or taking down the braids? I will eventually wash, but I don't want to have to wash my hair everyday. Please help!

You might want to try the dry shampoo brands & see if that helps. I feel you're pain, back in the day I used to work in a restaurant and nothing was worse than coming home smelling like grease - especially when it got in your hair!

unfortunately no...at least nothing I've tried..In the summer I'm always
firing up the bbq grill and I've tried numerous things to at least mask
the smell..I've googled the heck out of it too... I've tried the dry
shampoo btw and it doesn't cover up bbq smell either
