BEWARE of Bestlacewigs!

I order a 16" full lace custom unit from this company in November 2011 and received it late December while curling my unit I notice that there where a lot of baby hairs (short hairs) all over the unit meaning between long pieces of hair. I try to reach the company through Facebook instant messenger on there website and emailed the only thing that I got back was "we're in a meeting as soon as we're done I will contact you back I've even went through lengths and send them a video of the hair til this day no reply. I am no hater but why are these YouTube women getting free wigs when they never did business with any of these vendors and won't I don't thrust the big youtubers that receive wigs specially Muffinismylover I brought a lace wig from one of her so call favorite vendor royaltywig.com and that sh** sheds like a beast video on YouTube to prove it. I must say that apart from bestlacewig not returning my calls the wig have not shed but maybe 10 strains since I got it and it curls so nicely . Sorry its a long run on sentence I will try to put my profile pic of me wearing my bestlacewig unit.
