pretty much what everyone else said, ask them not to do it. Or when they reach out to touch it step back or yank your head from there line of touch and give them a "you crazy?!" look. lol

Stare at them. Right in the eye. Then after about thirty seconds of staring at them start screaming. Really loud. Just stand there screaming like you're in a horror movie. And start to shake a little.

I'm sure they'll leave you alone after that :)
