IMHO can also mean "In My Humble Opinion". The thread in the Weaves 101 post was pointing to this thread:

When the HE101 site was upgraded, some of the HE101 forum URLs changed.. I just updated it today to add a few things I kept forgetting to add to it..

Avi = avatar = the little pic thats under the names at the left. You can usually see a bigger picture by clicking the name.

For people who have uploaded pics, sometimes they will reference specs to their avi in their sig (signature = words at bottom of every post) or other times they'll just mention it in other threads.
