NJoy- I'm so late.  It was the darned multivitamins. All of them! Prenatals and HSN's as well. I'm gonna be visualizing, taking my MSM (with vitamin C), my prescribed Vitamin D and finish up these chlorella/spirulina supplements. ***Back to the show*** syncerelyhis- Come on in, lady! So, my hair is still doing some good stuff. I haven't really been length checking my hair lately because I'm deeeeep in a stretch and don't want to tug on my hair, let alone flat iron it. Today I'm 47 weeks post texlax and it's kinda hard to know how my hair's growing. But, I noticed I have a few gray strands dancing in my hair so, I figure it's time to henna and indigo to get my cover any grays. Seeing a clear line of demarcation, I decided to measure the ng since my last indigo on 11/23/11. That's 16 wks ago. I measured 2 separate strands in different parts of my hair to also see if both sides of my hair's growing at the same rate. For the past 16 weeks, I got 4" of new growth. Needless to say, I'm over the moon. I thought that it was probably growing at a good rate because I cut 2 inches of scraggly bonelaxed ends and noticed that it seems to have grown back already. Hoping to retain all that I grow and looking forward to my next length check (probably when I straighten in June for my birthday).

Now that I'm back to my old regi. The link to my regi is in my siggy. I'm no longer cowashing daily tho because I'm deep in a stretch (48 wks post) but everything else is pretty much the same. I'm massaging my sulfur oil mix on my scalp, protective styling like a beast and visualizing growth. I'm glad to find that I'm still growing well because I'm not length checking while stretching and this shrinkage had me wondering.

Can I sign up too please? I may be 4 months late, but i have updates dating back September 2011. I was lingering in the waistlength thread because I couldn't find one for hip length which is my ultimate goal. I already exceeded waist, so to prevent boredom, I would like to continue into hip.
